DELIVERY & RETURNS
All orders need to be placed 2 working days (Monday - Friday) prior to the delivery date. It is the client's responsibility to ensure the delivery address is correct and that there is an individual to accept the order and place it in a freezer as soon as it is delivered. Once delivered, the responsibility to ensure the popsicles do not melt falls on the person who accepted the delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
The products will only be returned and refunded if they arrive damaged and/or melted.
The Popsicle Parlour and Client can either decide to have new popsicles made (the client will be given a 20% discount for any inconvenience caused) or can decide to do a full reimbursement.
